Groundhog Day
The 1993 film Groundhog Day features Phil Connors, a disgruntled and self-aggrandizing weatherman from Pittsburgh, whose trip to the annual Groundhog Day festival in Punxatawney, PA lands him in a never ending time loop. A wacky cast of characters help Connors as he resists, but ultimately seeks to become a better person.
Groundhog Day is filled with great music (on repeat). MPLS (imPulse) will feature some of this music, as well as music related to themes in the film, as part of our 11th annual imPulse Happy Hour! Will the groundhog see his shadow? Will we get six more weeks of winter? Of course we will! This is Minnesota—but come join us for a beer and some great music.
