Mathew Janczewski’s ARENA DANCES presents 'Hold My Hand’
Through intimate movement and lush soundscapes unravels a politically charged central theme: gun violence in America. The show’s title work is built on the score ‘Requiem’ by 2018 McKnight Fellowship recipient, Joshua Clausen, inspired by Sophie Chou’s visceral piano interpretation of gun violence statistics. MPLS (imPulse) and guest soloist, Carrie Henneman Shaw, will perform music by Clausen as featured artists in ARENA DANCES’ program.
